- Monitor upcoming policy renewals by proactively contacting clients, collecting updated information, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining renewal documentation.
- Maintain organized digital records and utilize Applied Epic’s reporting and activity-tracking tools effectively.
- Support producers and account managers by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, tracking outstanding tasks, and coordinating follow-ups.
- Communicate professionally with clients, respond promptly to inquiries, coordinate service requests, and ensure timely follow-up on pending items.
- Prioritize multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and client service.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in client and carrier interactions via phone.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate policy records and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, track follow-ups, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Applied Epic experience is mandatory; candidates must demonstrate practical, day-to-day use beyond basic navigation or training. Beginner-level or training-only experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience supporting US-based P&C insurance agencies.
- Experience managing high-volume COI requests and certificate holders within Applied Epic.
- Familiarity with Applied Epic reporting, document management, and renewal activity tracking.
- Prior experience providing administrative and operational support to insurance producers or account managers.
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
- Allowances for premium internet, electricity, and wellbeing.
- Annual performance-based salary increments and structured career progression opportunities.
- Bonuses based on individual performance and team targets.
