Introduction: Applyrobin is an education consultancy that helps students who plan to study abroad. The company was founded in 2016 in Turkey. The primary destination we focus at Applyrobin since 2016 is Turkey where we work with more than 40+ universities (Public+ Private with more than 4000+ courses under our agreement)
We are one of the strongest if not the strongest agency in the Asian sub-continent region for Afghanistan, Pakistan and India that promotes study in Turkey and also have EXCLUSIVE REGIONAL agreements with some universities in Istanbul and Ankara. This along with close ties with university representatives and staff enables us to process student admissions, offer letters much much faster than any other consultancy and also university. We can get bachelor offer letters as soon as within 1 hour to 3 business days and masters within a week or few weeks depending on program. Our team speaks Turkish, English and Urdu.
Starting from 2021, we have also diversified to different other destinations such as Study in India, UK, USA, France, Poland, Malta, Germany, Ireland and more.

3) Email communication and automation. Automating Emails with attachments and follow up emails to agencies to their official address.
4) Records Management. Data Entry of all agencies contacted and responses received. Get the names of decision makers or contact people with their valid contact numbers.
5) Follow Up. Keeping in touch with the agencies that we already had a call with. (The agencies that responded positively will be marked in google sheet for your reference so you can keep touch base with them and update the regular updates with our advisor)
6) List on Pak classifieds. Help us get listed on as many as possible classified websites in Pakistan for better search ranking.

Time Commitment:
The job is flexible and there is no time set but most agencies work from 9-7 pm Pak Time. So the calls and appointments need to be made between those times. As long as our daily target is achieved and activities met, we don’t have a schedule per say.
We are looking for someone that can work remotely, has a good laptop, nice wifi connection, active, well-spoken in English and Urdu, good marketing skills to pitch a business.
Project Duration: Min 3 Months (can be made full time-based on performance).
Workflow:
1) Step1: Research the agencies from our list and check their website, fb page, instagram page to see how active they are and what destinations they work for (Take a note in excel and put it in comments) (Do not contact the ones that do not have a website or you think are not beneficial)
2) Step2: Call the relevant agencies out of the list city by city and try to reach the key decision makers to discuss Study in Turkey and Studying Turkish online services among other destinations. Setup and schedule the online call with the prospect (Agency). Send the meeting invitation and link to client’s email address with our team in cc. Get the client updated contact number and key person name and basic info (update in excel)
3) Step 3: Repeat step 1 and 2 and try to set up atleast 3 meetings in a day on weekdays. Once the meeting is updated as positive from our side in excel, you should be sending the agreement draft to the agency along with some other information we will share. (you just have to set the meeting, we will be taking the calls and update as positive or negative in the excel)
4) Step4: Follow up with the agencies that were updated as positive and send some more information from our side (2-3 follow ups)
