Appoinment Setter - Cold Caller

Mixt Academy, a reputable institution known for delivering academic excellence from Kindergarten through Grade 12, is expanding its outbound and sales support team. Serving a diverse range of local and international curricula such as O Levels, A Levels, IGCSE, EDEXCEL, CBSE, IB, and AQA, Mixt Academy offers both online and on-site tutoring. Located near Model Town Link Road in Lahore, this full-time, on-site role focuses on driving student enrollment growth across UK and international markets by managing outbound communications and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct over 150 outbound calls daily using provided leads and databases.
- Efficiently qualify prospects based on established criteria to identify potential clients.
- Schedule at least 5 qualified appointments per day with key decision-makers.
- Follow call scripts while adapting communication style to suit different prospects.
- Accurately maintain call records, notes, and outcomes within CRM systems or tracking sheets.
- Ensure appointment quality and confirmation to maximize show-up rates.
- Handle objections professionally while maintaining a high-energy and consistent calling pace.
- Collaborate closely with sales and academic counselling teams to ensure smooth handovers.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, call center, or sales roles.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High resilience to rejection and strong self-motivation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, or lead management tools.
- Stable internet connection, headset, and capability to work in a focused office environment.
