Appointment Setter / Cold Caller

RINGO Outbound Sales is seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Tech Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our on-site team in Nazimabad, Karachi. This role focuses on selling AI receptionist and automation solutions to international business clients. Candidates must have proven experience in outbound B2B tech sales, particularly with SaaS, voice bots, or AI-based products. This position requires working night shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, and the ability to commute reliably to our office. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls and engage in multi-channel prospecting to connect with international B2B decision-makers.
- Effectively pitch and position AI receptionist and automation products to potential clients.
- Initiate conversations, address technical objections confidently, and secure qualified discovery meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data within the CRM system.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting.
- Direct experience selling AI receptionists, voice bots, SaaS, or other technology solutions. Candidates with general customer support or non-technical sales backgrounds will not be considered.
- Excellent spoken English skills and confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Ability to commit strictly to night shifts and reliable commuting to the Nazimabad No. 4 office location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary up to PKR 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
