Appointment Setter - International Sales Representative - USA Market - Night Shift

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Appointment Setter and International Sales Representative based in Johar Town, Lahore. This role focuses on serving the USA market during the night shift, requiring strong communication skills and experience in outbound sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and managing client interactions with professionalism and accuracy. This position offers a competitive salary and requires occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA market during night shifts.
- Effectively prospect and generate qualified leads to support the sales pipeline.
- Set appointments with potential clients and coordinate schedules for the sales team.
- Handle objections professionally to overcome resistance and maintain client engagement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all calls and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and follow-up on appointments.
- Travel as required to support business development and client meetings.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably in an international sales environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage US-based prospects effectively.
- Proven experience in appointment setting and objection handling.
- Ability to document calls and client information accurately and systematically.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with the USA time zone.
- Ability to work on-site in Johar Town, Lahore.
