Gozenix is seeking motivated professionals who can engage naturally with US-based prospects, confidently manage objections, and foster genuine conversations without relying heavily on scripts. The ideal candidate will have a friendly communication style, quick thinking abilities, and a persuasive, target-driven approach to outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects located in the US market.
- Understand and respond intelligently to prospects’ needs.
- Handle objections effectively while maintaining productive conversations.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure accurate documentation of call records.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience targeting the US market.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear American or neutral accent.
- Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
- Confidence in objection handling without complete dependence on scripts.
- Natural and friendly communication style.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt conversations dynamically.
- Persuasive, professional demeanor with a strong focus on achieving targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Work location is Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan, with an on-site work mode.
- Shift timing corresponds to the US night shift.
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs60,000 to Rs120,000.
