APPOINTMENT SETTER

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team at our Gulberg, Lahore office. This is an onsite position with working hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The role offers a competitive salary structure consisting of a basic pay plus commission, with monthly earnings ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 60,000. This opportunity is ideal for O & A Level students as well as fresh graduates who are eager to develop their communication skills and gain valuable work experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the company database.
- Communicate effectively and professionally to engage prospects and generate interest in the company’s services.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Continuously improve communication techniques through feedback and training.

Required Qualifications
- Good command of English communication, both verbal and written.
- Confidence and a positive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
- Ability to work the specified shift from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM onsite in Gulberg, Lahore.
- Previous experience in appointment setting or telemarketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
