Appointment Setter (Night Shift)

We are seeking a confident and organized Appointment Setter to join our team in Bahria Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting the Business Development team by contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, following up with clients, and managing the appointment calendar. The position operates during night shifts from Monday to Friday, offering a salary of up to PKR 45,000 per month. Freshers and candidates with up to six months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Professionally call and communicate with potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and meetings between clients and the Business Developer.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and maintain ongoing communication.
- Accurately manage and update the appointment calendar.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and reschedule appointments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of client calls, appointment details, and follow-ups.
- Share relevant client information and meeting details with the Business Developer.
- Ensure timely and organized handling of appointments and follow-ups.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh candidates are welcome; up to six months of experience in a similar role is acceptable.
- Good verbal English communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to efficiently manage calendars, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Professional attitude and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Salary up to PKR 45,000 per month, commensurate with skills and suitability.
- One meal provided by the company during the shift.
