Appointment Setter

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Appointment Setter to join our team in Rawalpindi. This on-site position operates during night shifts and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 60,000 to 100,000. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, managing follow-ups, qualifying business needs, and scheduling meetings. This role requires close collaboration with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and demonstrating strong telephone etiquette are essential components of this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture interest and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Qualify business needs by understanding client requirements and determining suitability.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately to reflect all interactions and progress.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and operations teams to align efforts and share relevant information.
