Appointment Setter

Figout is seeking a motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team on-site. As a white-label design partner, we support agencies by providing graphic design, brand identity, web design, product UI/UX, CRO design, and CMS development services under our partners’ branding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking qualified meetings with owners and decision-makers at web, development, marketing, design, CRO, and full-service agencies. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to consistently meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify suitable agencies and key decision-makers.
- Utilize various outreach methods including cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and direct messaging.
- Personalize communication strategies to align with each agency’s specific needs.
- Follow up diligently to qualify prospects and nurture leads.
- Book and confirm a minimum of 10 qualified appointments per week.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, responses, and scheduled meetings.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in appointment setting or outbound sales with a track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently book at least 10 qualified meetings weekly.
- Proficiency in cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling techniques.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience engaging with B2B decision-makers across relevant industries.
- Availability and commitment to work from our office location, meeting performance targets regularly.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs104,633.53 per month, complemented by a performance-based commission structure. The role presents significant growth potential, including the opportunity to advance into a leadership position overseeing the Appointment Setting Department.
