Appointment Setter (Remote, Commission-Based)

Sufi Marketing is a founder-led performance marketing agency established in 2019, specializing in working with fashion, clothing, shoe, and skincare direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands across Pakistan, the UAE, and the UK. The agency focuses on Meta advertising, AI-driven ad creatives, and Shopify conversion rate optimization, all grounded in buyer psychology. We are currently seeking motivated and self-driven Appointment Setters to identify and engage with fashion and skincare e-commerce brands in the UK and UAE, initiating qualified conversations that lead to warm handovers for our founder to manage the strategy, pitch, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify fashion, shoe, and skincare Shopify brands operating in the UK and UAE markets.
- Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, Instagram direct messages, and email using proven communication scripts.
- Present our complimentary store audit offer and follow up professionally to maintain engagement.
- Schedule qualified calls or chats between potential clients and the founder.
- Maintain and update a simple lead tracking sheet on a daily basis to ensure accurate records.

Required Qualifications
- Strong written English skills are essential; spoken English is an advantage.
- Comfortable and experienced with LinkedIn, Instagram, and cold outreach techniques.
- Highly disciplined with the ability to work independently for 3 to 5 hours daily without supervision.
- Genuine interest in e-commerce, fashion, or digital marketing sectors.
- Previous experience in appointment setting or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Must have an active Payoneer account or be willing to create one for commission payments.
- Access to a laptop or smartphone with a stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a commission-only position offering recurring income opportunities. You will earn 15% of the client’s first-month payment and 5% monthly for the following five months, as long as the client remains active. For example, securing a client paying £1,500 per month would generate £600 in commissions over six months. There is no limit to the number of clients you can bring on board.
- Commissions are paid promptly within seven days of client payment via Payoneer.
- You will receive ready-made scripts, an audit offer template, and a lead list guide to support your outreach efforts.
- Work directly with the agency founder, gaining valuable experience and mentorship.
