Our client, Gozenix, is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter / Sales Representative to join their team in Lahore, focusing on the US market during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be skilled in engaging with US-based prospects naturally and confidently, capable of handling objections without relying solely on scripts, and able to foster genuine conversations that build trust and interest.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects based in the United States.
- Understand and assess the needs of prospects to respond appropriately and intelligently.
- Handle objections confidently while maintaining productive and positive conversations.
- Qualify prospects effectively and generate appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain professional communication at all times and ensure accurate documentation of call records.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience targeting the US market.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear American or neutral accent.
- Strong listening and comprehension abilities to engage prospects meaningfully.
- Ability to handle objections confidently without depending entirely on scripts.
- Natural and friendly communication style that encourages open dialogue.
- Quick thinking and adaptability to steer conversations in a persuasive and professional manner.
- A target-driven personality with a focus on achieving sales goals.
