Appointment Setter | Sales Representative - USA Market - Night Shift

Gozenix is looking for experienced Appointment Setters to join a US-based campaign operating during the night shift from Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidates will have a natural communication style suited for engaging with US prospects, confidently managing objections, and conducting authentic conversations without heavy reliance on scripts. This role demands a persuasive and professional approach to outbound calling, focusing on generating qualified appointments and maintaining effective, productive interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects located in the United States.
- Assess and understand the needs of prospects to respond thoughtfully during conversations.
- Confidently handle objections while keeping discussions constructive and focused.
- Qualify prospects efficiently to schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain professionalism in communication and ensure accurate documentation of call details.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in outbound calling targeting the US market.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear American or neutral accent.
- Strong listening and comprehension skills to engage meaningfully with prospects.
- Ability to handle objections confidently without depending entirely on scripted responses.
- Natural and friendly communication style that encourages genuine conversations.
- Quick thinking and adaptability to tailor conversations based on prospect feedback.
- Persuasive and professional demeanor with a goal-oriented mindset.

Additional Details:
This position is based in Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan, and requires on-site work. The shift aligns with US night hours. The offered salary ranges from PKR 50,000 to PKR 80,000 per month.
