Apprentice - RC&S

This role supports the RC&S department by managing sustainability-related reporting, data compilation, analysis, and coordination. The primary focus is to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of information for ESG reporting and EcoVadis assessments. The position involves working closely with various departments to gather necessary data, maintain records, and assist in sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in collecting, compiling, organizing, and consolidating data required for ESG report preparation.
- Support the preparation and submission of data and documentation for EcoVadis assessments.
- Analyze ESG-related data to identify gaps, verify accuracy, and maintain consistency.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain required information, follow up on pending inputs, and ensure timely data submission.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of sustainability data and departmental activities.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for departmental communications and sustainability initiatives.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed by the department.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a relevant discipline such as Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
