Apps Growth Manager

HyperSoft Tech is a forward-thinking company fueled by innovation and teamwork. We are seeking an experienced Apps Growth Manager to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving impactful marketing campaigns, optimizing app performance, and contributing to sustained growth. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user acquisition, retention, and revenue generation through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall app growth, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization.
- Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze app performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators including Lifetime Value (LTV) and revenue trends.
- Enhance app monetization strategies through platforms like AdMob, Meta, and in-app purchases.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure all growth and marketing activities are guided by data insights to drive decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in app growth, performance marketing, or app monetization roles.
- Strong expertise in mobile app analytics, particularly with Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and optimize campaigns.
- Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to managing projects and meeting targets.

This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. The role offers a competitive salary and the chance to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to innovation and growth.
