A German based IT firm in Lahore is looking for an experienced iOS Developer.
First things first: 4+ years of iOS dev experience; and already working on the following are encouraged to apply:
- High level of expertise and already building end-to-end custom iOS applications from scratch
- Extensive knowledge of iOS7, iOS8, Swift, UIKit, Core Data and Core Graphics
- Deep understanding of memory management, file I/O, network programming, and multi-threading
- Expertise with unit testing, pair programming and other Extreme Programming techniques
- Extensive hands-on experience creating custom UI controls, consuming RESTful APIs, designing protocols, implementing delegate interfaces, and performance optimization
- Experience developing test strategies and test automation
- Integrating 3rd-party SDKs and updating them
Required Qualifications
- Background in computer science is a must with at least a Bachelors degree
- 4+ years experience with iOS development (yes, you read this again)
- Experience with Objective C/Swift
- Experience with Xcode
- Solid familiarity with Git
- Fair amount of experience with multithreaded applications
- Experience dealing with clients and support issues
- Able to work and learn in a self-directed manner and as part of distributed teams
- Great attention to detail
- A desire to learn new technologies
- Contribution to open source projects is a plus
