Corporate Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities include:

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Corporate Sales Executive Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers
Identify and develop new business leads/ prospects
Stay updated with customer demand trends and requirements and provide this information to the Commercial department to develop best deals for customer value proposition
Achieve sales, revenue, and customer relationship targets
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
Developing corporate sales team
Negotiate contracts/ deals with the customers
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment of customers
Collect feedback and share reports with the management

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
At least 2 years of corporate sales experience required
Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dedication to providing great customer service
