· To update the personal files of all permanent employee with time in files and in software.
· To issue the appointment letters, offer letter, transfer letter, termination letter, experience letters and call letters.
· In result of advertisement, file the received CV, primary short listing or organize the interviews.
· Developing JD’s & job specification.
· Dealing with complaints and implementing disciplinary procedures.
· Preparation of salary with coordination of time keeper & accounts department.
· Ensure the monthly salary making in timely.
· Understand & implement company policy with coordination of all departments.
· Analyzing training needs in conjunction with HODs.
