April and June Digital Private Limited is a Germany based Software house & Digital marketing company, started operation back in 2009 in Berlin, Germany and in 2010 in Lahore, Pakistan.

Office Timings: 10 AM till 7 PM

Working Days: Monday till Friday (Sat & Sun off)

  • Create conversion optimization techniques with the goal of increasing ROI and enhancing efficiency in the digital marketing department
  • Using Google Tag Manager, integrate tracking into a variety of marketing campaigns
  • Examine customer intent and sales funnels
  •  Identify opportunities to experiment with novel approaches and improve the analytical process
  • Work with analytic software on daily basis, including but not limited to Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
  •  Track & report marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Keep track of the results of email campaigns (delivery, open, click-through rates)
  • Analyse the allocation of budgets and the outcomes of paid ad campaigns.
  • Analyse benchmarking data and conduct competitive research.
  •  Write reports on findings, illustrating data with graphs and turning complex findings into simple written words.
  • Create and evaluate data gathering procedures and methodologies, such as polls, and surveys.
  • Perform data processing and feature creation to prepare for each analytics task.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and visualisation to get a better appreciation of the data.
  • Develop predictive models, customer segmentation, and other analytical tasks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and findings with our clients.
  •  Work closely with Data Management and CRM functions to ensure timely completion and delivery of tasks/projects.
  • Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  •  5 years of experience working as a marketing analyst
  • Thorough knowledge of SEO and SEM campaign methods
  • Bachelor’s degree with honors in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related analytical fields.
  •  Coursework in statistical analysis and modeling, with training on the use of statistical software such as R, SPSS, SYSTAT, S-Plus, or SAS.
  • Proficient in writing queries in SQL, with a keen interest in working with databases, data mining and statistical analysis.
  • Working knowledge of the following software platforms is an advantage:
  •  R Statistical Programming Language
  • Tableau, or other data Virtualization software
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008
  • Microsoft Analysis Services, Reporting Services
  •  Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize tasks.
  •  Eager to learn and ability to adapt in a dynamic working environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  •  Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Software application knowledge, such as SAS and SPSS,.
  • Experience working of a variety of survey software/tools.
  •  Strong analytical abilities and a high level of business understanding
  • Excellent organization, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  •  Proficiency in using Adobe Analytics (Omniture Site Catalyst), Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, or similar web analytics, web optimization, or data management platforms
  • Working knowledge of Tableau or other data Virtualization software
