Job Description

  • Preparation of accounts and financial statement
  • Prepare and update sales tax/income tax report on monthly basis
  • Completing and submitting tax returns
  • Maintain and update ledger record of vendors & customerMaintain Petty cash
  • Make all type of vouchers, invoices and delivery challan
  • Maintain and update Bank record.
  • Issue purchase order
  • Establish tables of accounts and assign entries  to proper account
  • Prepare staff payroll and disburse salaries in time.
  • Insure timely payment of all types of bills
  • Controlling income and expenditure
