Salary: PKR 25,000 monthly stipend + per client commission
We are currently seeking two motivated and enthusiastic Female Business Development Associates to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate business by contacting potential clients and promoting our products/services. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via phone calls to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify and qualify leads to determine potential sales opportunities.
- Follow up with clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for business growth.
Requirements:
- Must be female.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven track record in sales or business development is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM software, etc.).
- Fluent in English and Urdu (additional languages are a plus).
