AR Digital Gen is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Call Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, confirm orders, or provide updates as necessary.
- Listen actively to customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate information or solutions in a timely manner.
- Navigate through internal systems and databases to retrieve relevant information and update customer records as needed.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors for resolution while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times, representing AR Digital Gen positively to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory guidelines and data security protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
