AR Executive – US Medical Billing

We are seeking a dedicated AR Executive specializing in US Medical Billing to join our team based in Gulberg, Jail Road, Lahore. This role primarily involves managing accounts receivable follow-up for medical claims within the US healthcare system, with a preference for candidates experienced in Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims. The position operates on a night shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PKT), offering a competitive monthly salary range of PKR 65,000 to 80,000. This is an in-person role requiring candidates to be permanent residents of Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) follow-up for US medical billing claims to ensure timely payments.
- Review and resolve denied or unpaid claims by liaising with insurance companies.
- Communicate with insurance payers to verify claim status and address any discrepancies.
- Ensure consistent and timely follow-up on outstanding balances to maintain cash flow.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and claim resolutions within the billing system.
- Achieve daily and weekly productivity as well as quality targets set by the organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in US Medical Billing or AR within the same field.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare billing procedures and insurance processes.
- Proficient communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Ability to work the specified night shift hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT).
- Male candidates only.
- Must be a permanent resident of Lahore.
