AR Executive for Medical Billing company

TriTech Services, a reputable medical billing company based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. This full-time position requires the candidate to work on-site at the company’s office located at 20-L Ex Air Avenue. The role involves managing and processing accounts receivable tasks efficiently within the healthcare billing sector. The working hours for this position are from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, and the monthly salary ranges between Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain detailed records of billing and payment activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare reports related to accounts receivable status and aging.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and support month-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to medical billing.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles, preferably within the medical billing or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of billing processes and accounts receivable management.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during night shifts.
