AR EXECUTIVES

MedLife Medical Billing Solutions is seeking a skilled AR Executive to join our expanding team based in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in medical billing, with a strong understanding of US healthcare billing and insurance processes. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage accounts receivable follow-ups. The position is located at Civic Center, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, and is open only to candidates residing in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. This is an in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs90,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely and accurate accounts receivable follow-ups to ensure payments are collected efficiently.
- Manage and resolve billing issues related to US healthcare insurance processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and insurance companies to clarify billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing operations and improve collection rates.
- Maintain detailed records of billing activities and follow-up actions.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in medical billing, specifically within the US healthcare system.
- Strong knowledge of insurance processes and billing protocols in the US healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills to handle billing disputes and payment delays effectively.
- Ability to work on-site at the designated location in Rawalpindi.
