AR Medical Billing

Cyber System Pvt. Ltd., based in Mozang 03, Fane Road, Lahore, is seeking a dedicated Medical Billing AR Executive to join their team on a full-time, onsite basis. The role focuses on managing accounts receivable processes within the U.S. medical billing sector, including claims submission, denial management, and working with various medical billing portals. Candidates must have strong English communication skills and be available to work the night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable (AR) claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Accurately submit and monitor medical claims through insurance and billing portals.
- Identify reasons for claim denials and implement corrective actions as part of denial management.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to rejected, unpaid, or underpaid claims.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to verify claim status and payment progress.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of AR activities and claim follow-ups.
- Promptly investigate payment discrepancies and resolve billing-related problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing and claim-related issues.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy in accordance with departmental targets and standards.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in Medical Billing or Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Practical knowledge of AR processes and claims submission.
- Familiarity with medical billing and insurance portals.
- Strong understanding of denial management techniques.
- Good knowledge of U.S. healthcare billing and insurance procedures.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Commitment to working fully onsite at the Lahore office.
