AR Representative - RCM

Medcare MSO, a leading USA-based Healthcare IT company operating in Pakistan with a workforce of over 900 professionals, is seeking a dedicated Account Receivables Representative to join its Lahore office. The company prides itself on implementing best practices and utilizing advanced technology tools to deliver exceptional results. This is a full-time, office-based position that requires working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The role is based in MM Alam, Lahore, offering a competitive salary range between Rs 50,000 and Rs 85,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily work reports to track and document activities and progress.
- Efficiently manage the denial bucket by working on claims promptly to reduce outstanding denials.
- Conduct payment follow-ups on pending claims to ensure timely collections.
- Adhere to the American calendar for scheduling and processing tasks.
- Manage insurance-related communications, including calling and coordination with insurance providers.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Between 6 months to 2 years of experience in medical billing.
- Proven experience in denial management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively handle payment and claim discussions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
