AR Representative - RCM

Medcare MSO, a leading USA-based Healthcare IT company operating in Pakistan with a workforce of over 900 professionals, is seeking an Account Receivables Representative to join its Lahore office. The company is committed to implementing best practices and leveraging advanced technology tools to deliver exceptional results. This is a full-time, office-based position requiring candidates to work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM at the MM Alam location in Lahore. The offered salary ranges from Rs 50,000 to Rs 85,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily work reports to track progress and performance.
- Efficiently manage the denial bucket by addressing claims in a timely manner.
- Pursue payments on pending claims to ensure timely collections.
- Follow the American calendar to align with client schedules and deadlines.
- Conduct insurance-related calls to resolve issues and gather necessary information.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Between 6 months to 2 years of experience in medical billing.
- Proven experience in denial management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively manage payment discussions.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to interact with clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
