Prime Blessings School is looking for dedicated and qualified Arabic Teachers to join its faculty, including Male Nazra Teachers and Female Arabic Teachers. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality Arabic language instruction to students across various grade levels. They should have a strong command of both Classical and Modern Standard Arabic and a genuine passion for teaching. The role involves inspiring students to appreciate the Arabic language and culture while fostering their language skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging Arabic lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.
Skill Development: Enhance students’ proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking Arabic through effective teaching strategies.
Classroom Environment: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere that supports student learning and participation.
Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
Cultural Appreciation: Promote an understanding and appreciation of Arabic language, literature, and culture among students.
Classroom Management: Ensure discipline and uphold high behavioral standards to create a conducive learning environment.
Professional Participation: Actively participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development sessions to continuously improve teaching practices.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, Education, or a related discipline.
Teaching Experience: Previous experience teaching Arabic, preferably in a school setting.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills combined with strong classroom management abilities.
Student Motivation: Proven ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic best.
Teaching Methodologies: Knowledge of modern teaching techniques and educational tools to enhance learning outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
Employment Type: This is a full-time, on-site position at Prime Blessings School.
Compensation: The starting salary is Rs 40,000 per month.
