Arabic Teacher - Remote

Source Code Academia is actively seeking experienced Online Arabic Teachers to join our growing academic team. We are looking for passionate educators who have a proven track record of teaching Arabic through live online classes. The ideal candidates will be adept at designing engaging, well-organized, and effective virtual learning experiences that address the diverse needs of students. This role requires a strong command of the Arabic language and the ability to foster student engagement in an online environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live one-on-one and group Arabic classes with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Demonstrate expertise in Arabic reading, writing, speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
- Effectively manage virtual classrooms to maintain active student participation throughout lessons.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, assignments, and assessments tailored to different proficiency levels.
- Regularly monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous learning.
- Utilize online teaching platforms and tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Google Sheets, and digital whiteboards to enhance instruction.
- Teach Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and/or Quranic Arabic according to student needs.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience teaching Arabic in live online classes is mandatory; candidates without prior online teaching experience will not be considered.
- Strong proficiency in all aspects of the Arabic language, including reading, writing, speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
- Ability to engage and manage students effectively in a virtual classroom setting.
- Experience independently preparing and delivering lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
- Minimum of one year of experience teaching Arabic online.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic, Islamic Studies, Linguistics, or a related field is required.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Holding a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree is advantageous.
- Experience teaching children or students in an online environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with teaching Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and/or Quranic Arabic is a plus.
- This is a full-time remote position offering flexibility to work from any location.
- Compensation is Rs. 500 per hour, reflecting our commitment to valuing experienced educators.
