Data Management Controller

ARAR Group is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Management Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the collection, compilation, and analysis of data to support the organization's decision-making processes. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles and proficiency in various data handling tools, including MS Office and Power BI. The candidate will work collaboratively within the team environment to ensure data accuracy and integrity without direct team management responsibilities. This position demands a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in data management and a bachelor’s degree in IT, BCS, MCS, or a related field. The Data Management Controller plays a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights by preparing detailed reports and utilizing advanced data mining techniques. The role involves coordinating data collection efforts, validating data quality, and compiling comprehensive datasets to assist different departments across ARAR Group. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential to thrive in this position. Although this role does not include team management, it requires the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally to meet deadlines and improve data-driven strategies within the company.
Responsibilities

Ensuring all required data is collected within the specified reporting timelines for accurate management reporting and KPI’s monitoring.
Compare data from different sources to identify variations, missing information, or discrepancies.
Prepare summaries, analysis, and dashboards for management review.
Ensure compiled data is accurate, updated, properly formatted, and submitted within deadlines.
Prepare performance summaries, comparisons, and trend reports for review.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
