We are looking for services of energetic, dedicated, committed and result oriented individual for the position of IT Officer as per following requirements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to assist in the implementation of online monitoring management system.
- Responsible to manage the websites of company.
- Responsible to update all the company activities on company websites.
- Responsible to rectify the problem showstoppers of Company software.
- Responsible to monitor the installation of hardware.
- Responsible to assist in carrying out assessments and cost benefit analysis in terms of value for money and security.
- Responsible to assist in defining and implementing the SOPs and protocols for safety and security of data and servers.
- Responsible for Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Responsible for corrective repair & maintenance of hardware and software.
- Responsible to analyze complex issues and information related to complex databases and reports.
- Responsible to provide On-Site / Remote Access diagnoses and resolution of IT issues.
- Responsible to respond against the service issues and requests timely and efficiently.
- Responsible for mapping of systems’ process flows.
- Responsible to monitor the security of IT systems and keep security programs up to date.
- Responsible to perform Hands-on technical maintenance tasks on IT equipment / Hardware/software.
- Responsible to configure, troubleshoot and maintain IP Cameras.
- Any other assignment given by the top management.
