Oversee and assist in managing the operations of fleet management and supply chain management for hospital waste management project.
Assisting AM Supply Chain & Logistics in routine operational activities of fleet management and supply chain management.
Responsible for on-time delivery of Materials to Hospitals through the TCS warehouse or any other delivery mechanism as per company policy.
Responsible for reconciliation of stock available in the warehouse and in hospital sub-stores.
Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance for all vehicles through vendors located in different cities to ensure fleet reliability.
Order urgent or emergency repairs for vehicles as needed to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
Collect and verify vehicle log books recording of vehicle activities and compliance.
Utilize online tracking systems to monitor the movement of vehicles in real time and ensure adherence to planned routes and schedules.
Responsible for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles in different cities.
Responsible for keeping record keeping and filing of all necessary work done related to Logistics & Supply Chain.
Compile monthly reports related to the Hospital Infectious Waste Management Project.
Any other operational tasks as assigned to support the efficient functioning of waste management operations.
