We are looking for the ''Supply Chain Officer"

Duties and responsibilities
The Supply Chain Officer is responsible of supporting the supply chain team and ensuring that all procurements, purchasing and dispatching are done on a timely basis. The Supply Chain Officer will be responsible to maintain the warehouse accordingly.
- Procure all necessary items for different projects
- Ensure that all materials purchased are of appropriate quality and price
- Organize and maintain inventory and warehouse
- Maintain statistical and financial record of warehouse items
- Ensure timely Packing and Dispatching of goods at designated sites
- Generate all required procurement documentation and maintain records and files in an impeccable manner.
- Conducting regular market survey for commonly purchased goods and services.
- Keep good track of supplier’s performance and maintain a database of good and reliable suppliers for different categories of supplies, service and goods
- Perform other duties as required by the Senior administration
