- Responsible to maintain inventory Management through centralized ERP system effectively.
- Responsible for the effective supply chain process i-e; Indent, Requisition process, Comparative analysis, Purchase order approvals, Goods Receipt Notes, Inspection Process, Issuance and vendors payment clearance mechanisms.
- Responsible to maintain the retailors pool working in the sector of MEP services across the defined areas of services / scope.
- Responsible for the contracts management with the MEP retailors in pre-defined are of scope.
- Responsible to evaluate the demands of operations / Technicians during Query handling process.
- Responsible to identify nearest possible MEP retailor for timely delivery of required material to operations / Technicians for immediate and quick response.
- Responsible to become the bridge between retailor and operations / technicians’ team to ensure delivery of required materials during Query handling.
- Responsible to update database of Retailors on daily basis.
- Responsible to update database of daily procurement sheets / ERP.
- Responsible to verify the invoices / bills of Retailors according to the procurement in accordance with the Quires on daily basis.
- Responsible to verify, reconcile and process the Retailors invoices in comparison of updated datasheets on weekly/monthly basis.
- Check the daily status of Consumables at all the operational sites
- Visit the warehouse randomly to check the status of inventories, storage and its usability.
- Assist the Supply Chain Head in the preparation of monthly requirement of consumable / reusable of field and head office inventory
- Assist the manager in the Maintenance of two to three months inventory in stock and share demand after historical usage analysis.
- Anticipate and intimate the Supply Chain Head regarding the exact requirement and procure the stock according to the actual requirements of head office and field.
- Prepare documents required for purchasing and get it approved from top management for new procurements.
- Coordinate with the vendors and ensure the supplies in time.
- Ensure the quality of supplies as per agreed standards with the vendors
- Arrange to send the supplies well before time at all the sites.
- Coordinate with sites managers for sent inventory’s receiving and resolve any issues.
- Assist in the preparation of the weekly and monthly consumption report of all supplies.
- Any other assignment given by the top management
