Training Program Manager

Arcana Info and PAF has started a Setup of COE-IT ( Center of Excellence - IT) in Lahore. This center will provide training to IT Graduates , Professionals and companies to have hands-on expertise as per the required Skill set of today’s IT market.

Purpose of Position:

For that purpose , we are looking for a Training/Program Manager who has experience in business development and management of such an IT training institute and must have knowledge of Lahore Market , good relationships especially with Engineering Universities in Lahore, IT Firms and Trainers.

Responsibilities:

Person will be responsible for running day to day operations of the COEIT including but not limited to security clearance of the students, scheduling of the classes, successful conducting of the classes including its administrative concerns like certificate printing and other administrative areas.
Person will also be responsible for creating a pool of instructors and business development of the academy in academia and corporate.
Training Calendar scheduling and design
Actively involved with marketing team for feedback related to improvements in website , online presence of setup , advertisement regarding courses etc.

Package :

We can negotiate, But things are dependent on the profile , performance of individual in the first quarter/6 months that how they will put up results or at least build pipeline of substantial business or opportunities for COE-IT Setup.

( 100k ) with other benefits like mobile , medical & health Insurance , Business related travelling complete coverage, annual and other leaves, etc. ) .This figure can be negotiated but completely dependent on profile.

Basic Qualifications :

Must have Master’s degree or bachelors 4 years from a reputable university .

Experience:

Must have worked in similar IT institute/company setup for 5+ years.
