Progressive Consultants (PCL), a well-established architecture and consulting firm based in Lahore with over 60 years of professional experience, is seeking a skilled Architect to join their dynamic team. The firm specializes in a diverse range of projects including hospitals, residences, master plans, and commercial and industrial developments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of professional experience, be proficient in design software, and demonstrate the ability to manage real project responsibilities within a fast-paced studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and relevant rendering software to develop architectural designs and presentations.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, detailing, and coordination with minimal supervision to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout project phases.
- Meet project deadlines, demonstrating flexibility by working beyond regular hours, including occasional weekends when necessary.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, contributing proactively to design development and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of professional architectural experience directly related to the role.
- Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and/or related rendering software.
- Proven ability to handle project documentation, detailing, and coordination independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to work.
- Residency in Lahore or reliable commuting capability to the office location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
