Architect Civil

We are seeking a skilled Civil Architect to join our team at our office located in DHA Phase 7, X Block, Lahore. The role involves working on both company and client projects, including residential and commercial developments. The ideal candidate will have between six months to one year of practical experience, with a strong ability to produce detailed architectural plans and collaborate effectively with clients and construction teams. This position requires a combination of office-based work and occasional site visits to ensure project accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D architectural plans, working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop 3D models and architectural visualizations to support design concepts.
- Design residential, commercial, and renovation projects, incorporating client feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Prepare DHA-specific drawings and documentation when applicable.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) requirements.
- Take accurate site measurements and update drawings based on actual site conditions.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, and interior/exterior design concepts.
- Create professional presentation drawings and 3D views for client meetings.
- Communicate design concepts clearly and professionally to clients.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required.
- Collaborate with construction and site teams to ensure adherence to approved drawings.
- Prepare design proposals and quotations for projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D for architectural drafting.
- Experience with SketchUp or other 3D modeling software.
- Knowledge of Revit Architecture for building information modeling.
- Familiarity with Lumion, Enscape, or similar rendering software for visual presentations.
- Basic understanding of architectural planning, detailing, and building construction materials.
- Ability to produce working drawings, elevations, and sections.
- Skills in site measurement and coordination.
- Strong client communication and presentation abilities.
- Minimum of six months to one year of practical architectural experience. Fresh candidates with strong software skills and a solid portfolio may also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with 3D Max and V-Ray is an advantage.
- Skills in Photoshop or Canva for creating presentation materials are beneficial.
