Architect / Interior Designer (US Projects)

We are seeking a talented Architect / Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to a variety of US-based residential and commercial projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales team to transform client requirements into comprehensive design deliverables. Your work will encompass creating architectural plans and blueprints, preparing permit and construction drawings, developing interior design layouts, and producing 3D renderings and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans and blueprints aligned with client specifications.
- Prepare permit and construction drawings compliant with project requirements.
- Design interior layouts that meet both aesthetic and functional needs.
- Create 3D renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure design accuracy and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant degree/diploma in architecture or interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit or SketchUp for architectural drafting and modeling.
- Experience with 3D visualization software such as 3ds Max, Lumion, or V-Ray is a plus.
- Familiarity with US building codes and drawing standards is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural and interior design projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Understanding of US residential and commercial construction practices.
- Ability to work onsite in Karachi, Pakistan, with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. Saturday work is optional.
- Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM to align with US time zones.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs90,000 to Rs150,000 based on experience and skills.
