Awais Cheema & Associates | Design & Build is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Architecture Intern or Fresh Architect to join their team in Islamabad. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or students interested in gaining practical experience in architectural design, drafting, and project support. The position is based at Naval Anchorage, Islamabad, and initially offered as an unpaid internship with the potential for a paid role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings and house plans, including 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Perform AutoCAD drafting and make necessary drawing modifications.
- Assist in 3D architectural visualization and front elevation designs.
- Prepare drawings required for society or CDA submissions.
- Document site-related architectural details.
- Support senior architects in design development and project execution.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams when required to ensure smooth project progress.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or recently completed architecture students are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with educational backgrounds ranging from Matric, FSc, DAE, Diploma, to Bachelor’s degree or higher are eligible.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
- Basic understanding of architectural planning and residential design principles.
- Willingness to learn, work professionally, and demonstrate punctuality and dedication.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
