Architect

We are seeking a skilled Architect with 4 to 6 years of professional experience to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architectural design, documentation, and project coordination. This role involves working closely with various consultants and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of architectural projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, plans, and construction drawings.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and comprehensive architectural documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants to ensure design integration.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Review drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Conduct site visits and work with contractors to address and resolve design and construction-related issues.
- Assist in preparing presentations, selecting materials, and compiling project documentation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or an equivalent qualification.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting techniques.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong design sensibility.
