HS Design Studio, led by an experienced architect with over 18 years of expertise, is renowned for delivering innovative and functional designs on both international and local projects. The studio emphasizes creativity, sustainability, and practicality to create exceptional built environments. Team members engage with a variety of architectural challenges, fostering collaborative problem-solving and design excellence throughout every project.

We are currently seeking two full-time, on-site Architects based in Karachi. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and producing comprehensive design documentation across multiple project phases. Daily activities include coordinating with clients and consultants, conducting site visits, and ensuring designs comply with regulatory standards, sustainability objectives, and budget limitations. The roles require active management of project timelines, participation in design reviews, and collaboration with engineering and other disciplines to deliver cohesive and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts and prepare detailed drawings and design documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent and regulations.
- Manage project schedules and contribute to design reviews to maintain high standards.
- Integrate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines for seamless project delivery.
- Ensure all designs meet sustainability goals and budgetary constraints.

Required Qualifications:
- For Position 1: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an architecture studio environment.
- For Position 2: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong foundation in architectural design with the ability to create functional, innovative, and sustainable solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent 3D modeling tools.
- Knowledge of project management practices, including stakeholder coordination and timeline management (Position 1).
- Familiarity with integration of architectural work with other disciplines like structural, MEP, and interior design.
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices. Professional licensure or eligibility is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team on-site in Karachi.
