Architect

A reputable construction and project delivery company based in Lahore is seeking a full-time, on-site Architect to join their team. This role focuses on architectural design and requires active involvement throughout various stages of project execution. The ideal candidate will contribute to technical documentation, coordinate effectively with structural and MEP teams, review drawings, conduct site visits and inspections, and provide comprehensive support to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs in alignment with project requirements and standards.
- Prepare and manage detailed technical documentation for construction projects.
- Coordinate closely with structural engineers and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements.
- Review architectural drawings for accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications.
- Support project delivery by addressing design-related issues and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent practical experience in the field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and modifying architectural drawings.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp or Revit to support 3D modeling and visualization tasks.
