The Architect will be based on-site in Lahore District and will play a critical role in designing and developing architectural concepts and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects within Bahria Town’s master-planned communities. This position requires close collaboration with planners, engineers, interior designers, and construction teams to ensure designs are functional, visually aligned with the project vision, and compliant with local regulations and company standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing architectural plans and 3D models, reviewing site conditions, coordinating design revisions, and participating in design review meetings. The Architect will also assist with documentation for approvals, contribute to sustainable and cost-effective design solutions, and monitor construction to maintain design integrity throughout project implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed drawings for a variety of projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including planners, engineers, interior designers, and construction personnel to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Prepare architectural plans, 3D models, and presentations to communicate design intent clearly.
- Review site conditions and coordinate necessary design revisions to address challenges and ensure compliance.
- Participate actively in design review meetings to align project goals and standards.
- Support the preparation and submission of documentation required for regulatory approvals.
- Integrate sustainable and cost-efficient design principles into architectural solutions.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs and maintain quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in architectural design and planning, including concept development, spatial planning, and detailed drawing preparation.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar CAD/BIM tools, with basic knowledge of rendering applications.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
- Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design principles and their practical application.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Professional registration or progress toward licensure is considered an advantage.
