The Architect position at Transeptia is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs, preparing drawings and documentation, and coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders throughout all phases of the project. Daily duties include reviewing site conditions, attending client meetings, refining layouts and material specifications, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. The role also involves monitoring project progress on-site, collaborating closely with construction and interior teams, and supporting efforts to optimize costs and timelines while maintaining high design standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed design plans aligned with client needs and project goals.
- Prepare comprehensive drawings, specifications, and documentation for all project stages.
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, and interior design professionals, to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to review conditions, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss project updates, gather feedback, and adjust designs accordingly.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and local regulations in Lahore and the surrounding region.
- Support project management activities such as scheduling, cost control, and timeline adherence.
- Collaborate with construction and interior teams to address challenges and optimize project outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Strong foundational skills in architectural design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed, executable plans.
- Experience in project management, including scheduling, coordination, and oversight of multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and local regulations relevant to Lahore and the broader region.
- Familiarity with integrating architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior systems to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Basic understanding of software development principles or related digital workflows that enhance design, documentation, or project coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and spatial planning.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prior experience in architectural, interior, or construction projects is highly beneficial.
