Role Description The Architect role at Transeptia Construction Interior & Architect is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The Architect will develop architectural concepts and detailed designs, prepare drawings and documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout all project phases.

Daily tasks include reviewing site conditions, participating in client meetings, refining layouts and material specifications, and ensuring that designs align with local codes and regulations. The role involves monitoring project progress on-site, collaborating with construction and interior teams, and supporting cost and time optimization while maintaining design quality.

Qualifications

Strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed plans.
Experience in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and oversight of project delivery.
Familiarity with Integration of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior systems to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
Basic understanding of Software Development principles or related digital workflows that support design, documentation, or project coordination.
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
Knowledge of building codes, standards, and local regulations in Lahore and broader regional contexts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and spatial planning.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
Prior experience in architectural, interior, or construction projects is highly beneficial.
