Architect

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to contribute to both residential and commercial projects based in Ireland. This full-time role offers a remote work mode, allowing flexibility while supporting the design and development process. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of experience in architectural design, with strong skills in technical drawings, 2D and 3D modeling, and construction documentation. The role requires close collaboration with engineers and project teams to ensure all designs comply with Irish Building Regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans and elevations.
- Create accurate 2D and 3D architectural models to support project visualization.
- Develop comprehensive construction and technical drawings for project execution.
- Assemble planning drawing packages required for regulatory approvals.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers and other project stakeholders to ensure design integration.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the standards and requirements of Irish Building Regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong communication and time-management skills to handle project deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with Irish Building Regulations is highly desirable.
- Experience using visualization tools like Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 65,000 to Rs 100,000.
- Although the position is remote, occasional in-person work may be required at the project location.
