Key Responsibilities
- Develop project proposals in close coordination with the Department Lead, translating client requirements, design guidelines, and specifications into strong architectural concepts.
- Prepare space planning layouts and preliminary design schemes.
- Revise and refine designs and drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Produce architectural drawings, 3D models, and high-quality presentation materials.
- Assist in the preparation of tender and construction documentation packages.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 3- 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong skills in conceptual design, planning, and design development.
- Solid knowledge of current industry trends, building technologies, codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in BIM methodologies and workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Effective team player with good communication and coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
