Architect (US Experience)

We are looking for a talented Architect with practical experience in AutoCAD and Revit, who has previously worked on U.S.-based architectural projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong design and drafting capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and excellent English communication skills. This role requires someone who can effectively contribute to residential and commercial projects while collaborating with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural drawings, construction documents, and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Participate in the design and drafting process for U.S. residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Coordinate independently with clients and project teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail throughout all phases of project development.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, to facilitate smooth project execution and client interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software applications.
- Proven experience working on U.S. residential and/or commercial architectural projects.
- Ability to prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and 3D models.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
