Architectural Designer

CMExperts LLC is seeking a motivated and skilled Architectural Designer to join our expanding team on a remote, contract-based arrangement. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural design and drafting, particularly those familiar with US residential and commercial construction projects. The position offers flexibility and the potential for long-term collaboration based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
- Develop architectural permit drawing sets for residential and commercial projects.
- Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Convert PDF drawings into editable CAD files.
- Prepare detailed construction documents and architectural layouts.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams as needed.
- Review drawings and make revisions according to project requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of assigned projects.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in architectural design or drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Solid understanding of US building codes and construction documentation.
- Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing previous architectural work is essential.
